What Does this semen Analysis Result Mean?

Hi dear Dr. My semen report says.. Fast forward progression is 0% Medium forward progression is 45% Slow progression is 30% Motile in Place is 25%. Please suggest if there is any issue in the above details... if so, then please provide the solution to it. Your help would be really appreciated

Hello and welcome to HCM,
A complete semen analysis report can be given after knowing all the parameters - physical characteristics and microscopic findings.
On the basis of motility report, motility of the sperms is 45 + 30 that is 75%.
In a normal semen sample, motility should be atleast 40%.
The motility of the sample is in normal range.
However, no final comment can be made in the absence of other findings.
